Living Fearlessly

September 12, 2015 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Anxiety and fear can cripple our enjoyment of life. Fear, however, has it’s root in our mind, in particular in a mistaken apprehension of who we are.  Due to this we relate to our limitations instead of our potential.  In this daycourse, Kadam Morten will introduce us to one of Buddha’s most liberating insights, the true nature of self. He will teach and guide a profound but simple meditations to help us to begin to let go of our underlying source of fear – and to open us up to a life of great joy, flexibility and confidence.  This is a rare opportunity not to be missed!

During this course we will learn meditations to help us let go of the limiting mental habit that is fear. Through this we will develop a peaceful mind, be able to make the most of every moment of our life and begin to uncover its true meaning. Kadam Morten will present an inspiring vision of our potential, based on Buddha’s teachings. He will guide us in simple yet effective meditations that we can use in our own daily lives, gradually bringing our vision into reality. Through using these timeless methods, we can empower ourselves and learn to enjoy truly satisfying and meaningful lives.
