Meditation on the Mind
Meditation is an effective tool for personal transformation. It’s based on the understanding that our mind is not fixed but has unlimited potential therefore we can become the person we wish to be. However, because we know so little about the actual nature of our mind we often feel that it’s difficult or impossible to change and this undermines our meditation practice. Buddha taught a special meditation called clarity of mind to help us experience the clear, peaceful nature of our mind and taste our potential for enlightenment. In this series we will train in this profound and enjoyable meditation and use it to improve our concentration, reduce our attachment and let go.
