Love and the Supreme Good Heart: Cultivating Authentic Love
Love is often confused with attachment. But whereas attachment gives rise to pain in our relationships, love only causes happiness. In this series we will train in the development of love – from understanding its nature and deepening our experience of it, right through to developing the highest expression of love known as the supreme good heart of bodhichitta. These teachings and meditations have the power to improve the quality of all our relationships, as well as helping us to connect to the extraordinary possibilities for a beneficial and happy life that exists within our own heart.
